Individual Therapy

Virtual therapy for people navigating relationship challenges in North Carolina and Mississippi.

Together, we’ll build clarity, confidence, and healthier patterns in the connections that matter most.

Not every relationship breakthrough needs both partners in the room.

Sometimes you’re the only one ready for change.
Sometimes you need clarity before inviting your partner in.
And sometimes you simply want space to understand your own patterns, reactions, and needs.

Individual relationship counseling offers that space.

If you’re feeling stuck in a cycle within your relationships, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I help individuals understand their emotions, heal old wounds, and build healthier, more fulfilling connections. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and create lasting change from the inside out.

Let’s work together!

The introduction call is free and should last about 15 minutes. It’s an opportunity to get to know each other, answer any questions, and make sure I’m the best fit for your needs. If it feels right, we’ll schedule your first appointment and begin our work together.

Existing clients: Please call or log into the client portal to message and schedule appointments.

  • We start with a free, 15-minute introduction call.

Once you decide to move forward, session prices are as follows:

    • Individual Counseling (50 minutes) - $145

    • Individual Counseling (90 minutes) - $245

  • I accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

  • Most people work with me for 8–12 sessions, depending on their goals and the complexity of their concerns. Some see meaningful improvement in just a few sessions, while others choose to continue longer for deeper work. We’ll decide together what timeline fits your needs. I typically recommend weekly sessions to start.

  • We’ll meet virtually for every session. You can join from the comfort of your home or another private space where you feel at ease.

All sessions take place through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You can join from anywhere in NC or MS.

  • I work with adults who are:

You might benefit from individual relationship therapy if you are:

    • Feeling stuck in recurring conflict with a partner

    • Unsure whether to stay or leave a relationship

    • Healing after betrayal or trust rupture

    • Navigating dating patterns that keep repeating

    • Preparing for couples therapy

    • Working on communication, boundaries, or attachment patterns

    • Processing the emotional impact of relationship stress

I currently work only with people residing in NC or MS. (Check back early 2026 if you live elsewhere and are interested in working with me!)

I currently do not work with children. I also do not offer crisis services at this time.

  • My practice is focused on helping people explore their relationships and patterns in connection with others.

I do not currently work with individuals in active crisis, those struggling with severe and unmanaged mental health challenges, or active substance use. If that’s where you are right now, I can help guide you to resources and support that can meet your needs safely.

My goal is to provide a supportive space for growth and insight when you’re ready to work on your relationships and personal development.

  • I do not currently accept insurance.

  • Many therapists address mental health and life stressors. My focus is on your experience within relationships. We will examine how your behaviors, symptoms and past experiences, including trauma, impact your relationships.

    This includes exploring:

    • Communication dynamics

    • Emotional regulation during conflict

    • Attachment patterns

    • How past experiences shape current relationships

    • Learning to respond rather than react

  • Sometimes individual work is the first step, and sometimes it’s the only step. It can prepare you for and lead naturally into couple’s therapy.

If your partner is unwilling or unable to participate, individual therapy can still create meaningful shifts in your relationship dynamics. Change in one person often influences the system.
