Virtual Couples Therapy and Online Marriage Counseling in North Carolina.

Together, we can:

Strengthen. Improve communication, handle life stressors together, stop having the same arguments over and over.

Deepen. Create a shared vision for the future, support each other’s dreams, build a foundation of friendship and empathy.

Rebuild. Redesign your relationship with trust, intimacy and understanding, have fun together again.

Couples come to therapy for many reasons. You might feel…

  • in crisis within your relationship

  • disconnected from the passion you once shared

  • confused about what you’re feeling

No matter where you are, we’ll explore what’s really happening beneath the surface and understand the emotions driving your patterns. With that clarity, we can develop tailored skills to help you create a more fulfilling relationship

Ready to get started?

First, we’ll have a free, 15-minute introduction call. This brief conversation helps us get to know each other, talk about what you’re looking for, answer any questions, and make sure I’m the right fit for your needs. If it feels right, we’ll go ahead and schedule your first appointment and begin working together.

Please note I may be in session or out of the office when you call. If you leave me a message, I’ll call you back within 24 hours. You can also book online by clicking here.

  • We start with a free, 15-minute introduction call.

Once you decide to move forward, session prices are as follows:

    • Couples Counseling (50 minutes) - $165

    • Couples Counseling (90 minutes) - $265

  • I accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

I currently do not accept insurance and cannot provide superbills for insurance reimbursement purposes.

  • Most couples work with me for 8–12 sessions, depending on their goals and the complexity of their concerns. Some see meaningful improvement in just a few sessions, while others choose to continue longer for deeper work. We’ll decide together what timeline fits your needs.

  • We’ll meet virtually for every session. You can join from the comfort of your home or another private space where you feel at ease.

All sessions take place through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You can join from anywhere in NC.

  • I work with adult couples who are married, dating, or engaged. Some are preparing for marriage, some are unsure where they stand, and others are on the brink of separation and looking for clarity.

Therapy works best when both partners are willing to show up and do the work, and I support couples who are ready to make meaningful changes together.

Couples of all genders and sexual identities are welcome. I have experience working with LGBTQ+ clients and strive to create a safe, affirming space for everyone.

I currently work only with couples residing in NC. I expect to be able to accept clients from MS by the end of 2025. (Check back early 2026 if you live elsewhere and are interested in working with me!)

  • Couples therapy isn’t effective or appropriate in every situation. In the cases below, I generally recommend individual therapy and/or a psychiatric evaluation instead:

    • Serious, unmanaged mental health concerns (including thoughts of harming yourself or others)

    • Ongoing substance use that isn’t in treatment

    • One-directional abuse or violence

Couples therapy also relies on honesty and openness. If either partner is unwilling to be transparent in the process, progress becomes very limited.
